Thank you for your interest in Juniper & Palm. Each seasonal collection is thoughtfully curated and assembled in limited batches using goods sourced from independent California artisans.
A Note on Preorders
Due to the small-batch and made-to-order nature of many featured items, all seasonal collection purchases are considered preorders unless otherwise stated.
Preorder & Fulfillment Timeline
Juniper & Palm collections are released on a seasonal basis and fulfilled once all artisan goods have been received, quality-checked, and assembled. Orders placed for upcoming seasonal collections, including Founder's Edition boxes, will ship within the estimated fulfillment window provided at the time of purchase.
Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once their order has been fulfilled. Please note that fulfillment timelines may vary slightly due to artisan production schedules or supply chain delays beyond our control.
Founder's Edition & Serialized Items
Founder's Edition collections may include limited or serialized items such as Crown Jewel artisan goods accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity.
These items are produced in extremely limited quantities and may require additional production time prior to fulfillment. Juniper & Palm will communicate any timeline adjustments via email to affected customers if necessary.
Shipping Rates & Methods
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected delivery method. Juniper & Palm currently ships within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Juniper & Palm is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly provided shipping addresses. Please ensure all shipping details are accurate at checkout.
If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us at founder@juniperpalm.com as soon as possible prior to fulfillment.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, or the expected delivery date, at founder@juniperpalm.com.
We will work with the carrier to investigate and determine an appropriate resolution.
